Confidentiality Declaration and Standards

This Agreement applies to all members of the Sales Leaders Alliance (hereinafter “SLA”) community which includes, but is not limited to, all facilitators, members, guests, speakers and staff.
Confidentially Standards
The following standards must be observed by all within the SLA community:
Non-disclosure
Issues and certain information shared between members of the SLA community are confidential and are not to be discussed to any person or published in any way outside of this group without the prior consent in writing of all parties involved.
This includes, but is not limited to, issues and certain information shared in group meetings, information and issues addressed in one-on-one coaching sessions, one-on-one meetings with any other member or on-line vehicle which discusses any such matters about another member of SLA.
Contacting Others
Issues raised within the SLA community are wholly confidential. Therefore, when contacting a member about such an issue, one must use extreme care when talking to that member’s employees, sending electronic mail, voice mail or any other form of contact or communication.
Solicitation
Directories/lists of any emails, addresses, phone numbers or any other form of communication may never be used for the solicitation of business of any member or to be used to compile marketing or contact lists of any kind unless a said member clearly consented to such solicitation.
Members of SLA shall fully indemnify, hold harmless and defend the Sales Leadership Alliance (DBA) and/or PG Schulz Consulting Corporation and their directors, officers, employees, agents, stockholders and affiliates (collectively, “Indemnified Parties”) from and against all claims, actions, suits, demands, damages, liabilities, obligations, losses, settlements, judgments, costs and expenses (including without limitation reasonable attorney’s fees and costs), whether or not involving a third party claim, which arise out of, relate to or result from any and all offerings of SLA and/or the actions of any SLA members.
